Panduit has arranged a special rate for GSIC attendees who wish to extend their stay. This negotiated rate is available up to 3 nights before and 3 nights after the event dates:

• Single occupancy: $785 USD per night
• Double occupancy: $1,030 USD per night
• Additional charge for a third adult or child (6 years and older): $355 USD per night

Yes. Attendees may register up to two family companions in the same room.

When completing your registration, please select the “Family Companion” option and complete the required form with the necessary details.

Important:

• The first companion is considered under double occupancy.
• If you register a second companion, an additional charge of $355 USD per night will apply as a third person.
• This additional charge also applies to children 6 years of age or older.
• Family companions only have access to the Closing Dinner. They will not be admitted to the rest of the official event agenda.

You should fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN).

Transportation between CUN Airport and Hotel Xcaret will be provided only on the official event dates: February 4 (arrival) and February 7 (departure).

To coordinate this service, please submit your flight itinerary in your GSIC 2026 registration profile no later than January 5, 2026.

Cancún International Airport offers direct flights to major cities across North America, Central America, and Mexico, making it easily accessible from various regions.

The general dress code for GSIC 2026 is business casual. We recommend comfortable, professional attire such as Dockers-style pants, polo shirts, or lightweight blouses, keeping in mind the warm Riviera Maya weather.

For the Closing Dinner, the dress code is smart casual. Please avoid wearing shorts, beach sandals, or sleeveless shirts, as this is a special evening event with all attendees.

As part of the All-Fun Inclusive® plan at Hotel Xcaret México, your GSIC 2026 registration includes unlimited access to Grupo Xcaret parks and tours: Xcaret, Xenses, Xplor, and Xplor Fuego, with meals included as per each park or tour’s plan.

Shared transportation from the hotel to the parks is also included (non-personalized service).
